Caltrans Vendor Day is focused on exploring innovative solutions to real challenges identified across the Department. Following the Virtual Vendor Day problem statement presentations, vendors can review the challenges, identify where their products or services may align, and participate in the next phase of Vendor Day.

Selected vendors will be invited to continue the conversation at the in-person Pitch Day on October 5, 2026.

What is Vendor Day?

Caltrans Vendor Day is an opportunity to explore innovative solutions to real challenges identified by Caltrans programs.

Now that the 2026 problem statements have been presented, vendors can review the challenges in more detail, identify where their products, technologies, or services may align, and submit solutions for consideration.

Selected vendors may be invited to continue the conversation with Caltrans during the in-person Pitch Day on October 5, 2026, where they will have the opportunity to share their proposed solutions live with Caltrans teams and Problem Statement Champions.
